Mike is a Managing Partner and the CFO/COO of East+Main. Prior to joining the firm, Mike was an accomplished senior strategy, finance, and operations executive at National Development, a top-tier real estate investor, manager, contractor, and developer in Boston, where he gained unparalleled exposure and expertise in all aspects of real estate investment, development, and operating vertically-integrated real estate businesses. Mike has led the restructuring of the 7th largest general contractor in New England, oversaw an investment portfolio valued at over $6.5 billion, played a major role in over 40 real estate acquisitions and developments valued at $5.3 billion as well as 30 equity joint ventures and debt financings.
