James Nozar

James is a Managing Partner and the Founder/CEO of East+Main. Prior to founding the firm in 2021, James had a 22-year career envisioning and executing large-scale urban mixed-use projects across the country. Previously the founding CEO of Strategic Property Partners ("SPP"), James led the organizational formation of the company, and the visioning, planning, design, construction, sales, and delivery of the first phase of Water Street Tampa - a $2 billion development spread across 5 million square feet and 12 distinct mixed-use assets in Downtown Tampa. Prior to SPP, James was a Senior Vice President at JBG Smith in Washington D.C., a publicly traded REIT specializing in urban mixed-use development.
